Representative tryouts run from December to February, where athletes are assessed on skill, athletic ability, teamwork, and potential. Selected players then enter a focused training and competition season from March to September, with weekly training sessions led by our expert coaching staff.

Throughout the season, athletes receive specialised technical instruction, position-specific development, and tactical training to prepare them for high-level match play. Teams compete in a range of state-level tournaments and leagues, gaining valuable experience and exposure in a competitive environment.
